Organizations participating in the programme may either be Member Organizations, Global Partner organizations, or Local Partner (LESA) organizations. Member Organizations are those UN and World Bank Group organizations who fund the programme globally.

Membership in the programme also confers membership to the Steering Committee, which guides the programme. The programme is open to all staff, spouses, partners and dependents of Member Organizations.
